Sigh… surprising that Dave Michelinie wrote this one! Stark builds a sonic drill and a cult of monkish looking "Luddite" weirdoes bent against modern technology try to sabotage it. One member, brother Seraph, has the uncanny ability to emit electrical impulses and affect mechanical devices from pop machines to (naturally) our IM's armor!
What's baaad:
Simple stuff, and pretty boring, but hey, we get to see Cybil the publication gal again (remember Endotherm? - At least I think it's the same gal).
